At Nustrat Overseas, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Refunds
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 7
business days. - Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
- For exchange orders, the orders will be delivered within 7 business days
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of order placement. Once an order
has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. For canceled orders the
refund will be credited to the original payment account within 3-5
business days.
